ORAL PRESENTATION OF THE PAPER

Presentations should be in PowerPoint or PDF format, and no audio data is allowed.

Presentation Guidelines:

  • All presentations must be conducted using the Conference laptop, available in each lecture room.
  • We strongly recommend lecturers upload their presentations to the Conference laptop before their session begins to minimize delays. For easy identification, please include the paper ID in the filename (e.g., ID24.pptx).
  • Uploaded files will be removed from the Conference laptop after each session.

Alternative Setup:

  • Authors who prefer not to upload their presentations may connect a USB drive to the Conference laptop at the start of their lecture and launch the presentation directly from there.

Timing:

  • Each lecture has 15 minutes (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for audience questions). However, the time for questions may vary based on session flow and at the Chairman’s discretion.

POSTER PRESENTATION OF THE PAPER

All posters should be in A0 format (84 cm x 120 cm) with a vertical orientation only. While no specific design guidelines are provided, the ESARS-ITEC 2026 organizers recommend clearly displaying the title (minimum font size 72 pt) and author names with affiliations (minimum 48 pt), and using at least a 24 pt font for body text and figure captions.

At least one author per paper must be present during the dialogue session (75–90 minutes). Posters should be set up in the designated space at least 30 minutes before the session begins. In the Poster Area, authors will have materials available to secure their posters to the provided supports. Authors are kindly requested to remove their posters at the end of the dialogue session.
